Due to Coronavirus effection, which causes shipping time maybe delayed. We’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, while carring for the health and safety of everyone. We have notified some changes about shipping information below:
– Orders print and ship Monday-Friday.
Note: “Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.
- Production Time: All orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days.
- Processing Time: It takes 3 – 5 days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies. We will update your tracking number via email.
- Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 10 – 20 business days (depends on shipping method) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
- Currently we only ship within the USA .
- Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:
- Most items are $6.45
- Tumblers and Blankets are $6.45 for one item + $2.00 per additional item
- Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
- Return & Exchange: If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get Refund within 30 days of delivery date. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy below).
- Insurance: Commit to refund 100% if not receive after 45 days.
- Notice:– Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There’s no extra charge for this. – In some cases, we will contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before produce.

Return & Exchange Policy: If your product is defective or not described, don’t worry. Just send us an email at email@example.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

Item not received
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the problems still persists kindly email us Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org we’ll try our greatest to help you.
